
Today is just one of those days where sleep creeps in but it comes with no avail.
Therefore i decided to whip up a super simple and healthy home cooked meal in the wee hours of the morning.

I was amused at the gorgeous colours of these bell peppers when I laid my eyes on them in the super market!
Cut some into strips and they immediately look like a mini rainbow.

Purple Brinjal for you?
Don't forget some garlic to taste.

I decided to add some other greens in my dish as well for variety.
Anyway, cooking is indeed theraputic-i cannot fathom how i could have lived without it for the past 19 years of my life. Better late then never, as they always say.
