Vegan Burg

So I've been passing by Vegan Burg many times at the East area and decided to give it a shot one day.

I did some research and found out that a Vegan diet is generally plant based (they are stricter than vegetarians) so i expected the food to be pretty bland and boring.

But boy was it good!
I was proved very wrong as i bit into my Rendang burger and seaweed fries.

Potato and Spinach pops for you?

They have lovely set meals with fresh juices, and i picked the Spinach and Wheat grass one.

I brought Valerie along (who HATES vegetables with a passion) and i was delightfully surprised that she loved it!
If Valerie could go Vegan for a day so can you!

My favourite burger so far has got to be the Cracked Pepper one- their patty doesn't have the 'fake meat' taste and their mayo is super yummy with their sprinkle of pepper!
I usually hate nuts but they are included in the handmade bun for the burgers and they taste so good!

What i love is that they have soups, sides and snacks too, like the Smoky Sausage Franks.

What i love most about Vegan Burg is that they serve regular, tasty 'fast food' that is not only beneficial for your body, but for the animals and the environment too.

Everyone should try having Meatless Mondays or start eating more vegetables in their diet-after all, going vegan for a day helps in the long run especially for the Earth, your own Health and for Kindness (Animal Rights).

Also, consuming these foods and having a plant based diet will also make you more alert and not feel sluggish after your meal!
I personally am disgusted at how cows and pigs are being confined and killed, and have not been eating red meat for 2 months, and possibly, forever. Humans were not even meant to consume meat to begin with as we do not have the teeth nor intestines and acid to disgest it.

Anyway, you can always visit this page for more information on this topic, happy eating everyone!

Here's a toast to good health!
