Today I baked a batch of shark and unicorn cookies with my sister.
I call them unicookies.
It was a strangely therapeutic experience rolling, kneading and shaping the dough.
The experience almost reminds me of the book 'How to make people like you in 90 seconds'. There is a chapter on how people use audio, visual or kinesthetic senses to evaluate their experiences. One of these three dominates and by figuring out what people are reliant on, it'll aid you as a person onto how to feel, talk and connect better with them. Amazing stuff.
I did the short survey in the book to discover (not surprisingly) that my dominant sense was 'Kinesthetic'. I touch and feel everything. My sister calls these books 'life skills' and coaxes me to read the chapters out loud to her. It's fascinating how much one can learn just by reading books. To think that they are one amongst the many gateways to knowledge.
Anyhoo, back to the cookies. Did I mention unicorns?
